If variety is the spice of life, then Lakewood's Music Department is for you! Choirs ~ Handbells ~ Praise Band ~ Musicals   Music Under The Steeple - Our concert series for 2007-2008. Chancel Choir - This choir leads our 10:45 worship service. Rehearsals are Wednesday evening at 7:15-8:30 in the choir room. No audition but knowledge of music reading helps! Joyful Noise - This spirited group leads our 8:45 worship service and rehearses each Sunday morning at 8:10 in the Choir Room. No audition required! Jubilee Ringers - This handbell choir has been in existence for almost 22 years. Music reading experience is required. Rehearses each Monday evening from 6:45-8:00 in the Choir Room. Bells of Joy - This group is for beginning /intermediate adult ringers. We'll teach you how to ring - OUR WAY! - each Monday from 5:45 -6:45 in the Choir Room. The LEVItes - This is an intergenerational praise band that performs weekly at our 9:45 contemporary service. Rehearsals are Wednesday 7:15-8:45. Wednesday Praise - A program of music, fellowship, and fun for Children.
